1. Workshop Bookings
Our creative flower design workshops are high-demand events. To secure your place, full payment is required at the time of booking. We provide all necessary materials, expert guidance, and a welcoming space at our Flinders Street studio.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual.
2. Bespoke Arrangements
Bespoke floral arrangements are crafted specifically to your requirements. While we strive to match seasonal availability with your vision, Rewardcanvas reserves the right to substitute flower varieties based on quality and seasonal shifts in the Sydney market.
Final styling and artistic direction remain at the discretion of our expert florists to ensure the highest standard of design for your occasion.
3. Delivery Policies
We offer delivery services across the Sydney metropolitan area. Standard deliveries are conducted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Specific time requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed during peak seasonal periods.
If the recipient is not available, flowers will be left in a secure, shaded location at the delivery address. Rewardcanvas is not responsible for flowers once they have been delivered to the specified location.
4. Liability & Care
Flowers are perishable organic products. Rewardcanvas is not liable for the natural degradation of blooms once in the customer's care. We provide care instructions with every arrangement and workshop to maximize longevity.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.
